About Changes & Cancellations

The cancellation fee is ¥10,000, and the companion change fee is ¥5,000.

Additional transportation fees may apply if a driver dispatch is required.

If the customer fails to respond to our contact after the reservation or after the companion arrives, the cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
